Producing the Perfect Pant

Class Description

$150+$30 kit fee (4 sessions) Fri, Feb 14, 21, 28 & Mar 7 (1pm-4pm) This is a continuation of the Perfecting the Pattern: PANTS class. Using each student's custom pant sloper, participants will select a pant style and be directed in the making of a completed, custom pant. Class one is all about choosing the appropriate pant style, picking the best fabric, starting the style pattern, and discussing fabric preparation for cutting and proper pattern layout. Class Two: finishing the pattern pieces, cutting out the pieces, applying interfacing and taping the pieces, and classes Three and Four will be spent sewing, fitting and finishing the pant. Note: Perfecting the Pattern: PANTS is a mandatory prerequisite for this session.
