Using patterns provided by master tailor and theatrical milliner Rachel Berchtold, construct one of several sunhat variations (scroll down to see gallery): the classic wide-brimmed sunhat, the darling tulip hat, the ever-popular bucket hat, a garden tea-party hat, or a bow-tied sun-visor.
